Job summary

Barta Animal Hospital in Southeast Kansas is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative (CSR) to enhance client experiences at every interaction. You will handle reception, medical record maintenance, accounts, and appointment tracking while supporting a busy mixed-animal practice.

This full-time role requires weekend availability; a high school diploma is required and prior veterinary experience is preferred. Benefits and a supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on weekends as required.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Practice Manager instructions and procedures.
• Maintains front desk, reception area, waiting area, and exam rooms to be clean and presentable.
• Processes cash, checks, and card payments; manages accounts.
• Schedules clinic appointments and ensures appropriate workflow.
• Updates client/patient records and sends client correspondence.
• Sends reminder notices to clients and conducts timely re-calls.
• Performs daily backup of the computer system and daily posting of business.
