Job summary

Paw Prints Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional client service while maintaining a smooth flow of clients and patients. You will greet clients, determine needs, and complete check-in and check-out with a strong understanding of clinic procedures.

This is a full-time position with variable days; every other Saturday on rotation. You may be standing for long periods and lifting may be required.

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• Prior client service experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone skills and communication abilities.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and office software.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and answer client questions about services.
• Enter and update patient and client information in the system.
• Explain vaccination schedules and other services to clients.
• Process payments and provide clear billing information to clients.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and manage supplies.
