Packanack Animal Hospital in Wayne, NJ seeks an experienced Client Care Coordinator to be the first and last contact for clients and their pets. You will work with our dedicated clinical staff to present a friendly, professional face for the practice and ensure smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes warm communication, organization, and teamwork with the veterinary team to support patient care, appointment scheduling, and client education.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of veterinary experience in a client-facing role preferred
• Highly evolved written/verbal communication and organizational skills
• Comfort working around all types of animals, primarily cats and dogs
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every question is answered clearly and with care
• Collaborate closely with the veterinary team to support patient care and keep communication flowing smoothly
• Accurately document all client interactions and communications
• Keep shared spaces clean, organized, and inviting for clients and staff
• Guide clients through intake and discharge, making the process seamless and supportive
• Process payments for services with accuracy and courtesy
