Packanack Animal Hospital in Wayne, NJ seeks an experienced Client Care Coordinator to be the first and last contact for clients and their pets. You will work with our dedicated clinical staff to present a friendly, professional face for the practice and ensure smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes warm communication, organization, and teamwork with the veterinary team to support patient care, appointment scheduling, and client education.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of veterinary experience in a client-facing role preferred
• Highly evolved written/verbal communication and organizational skills
• Comfort working around all types of animals, primarily cats and dogs
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail

Packanack Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced, full time Client Care Coordinator to add to our talented team in Wayne, NJ.

We are an established, state‑of‑the‑art practice with a dynamic, rewarding culture and a focus on employee wellness. The Client Care Coordinator is the first and last point of contact for our clients, our adorable patients, and is the face of the practice. You will work closely with our dedicated clinical staff and be a capable ambassador for the organization, to the public, our clients, and to the professional community.

What We Offer:

• The pay range for this role is: $21-$23/hr. This pay range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed pay will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies
• $1,500 Sign‑on bonus based on experience

• 120 hours of PTO per year – 40 hours granted on January 1st, 80 hours accrued throughout the calendar year

What You’ll Do:

• Handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Manage multiple phone lines with poise, ensuring timely and helpful responses.
• Prepare and dispense medications under the direction of a doctor.
• Oversee the appointment schedule to keep the day running smoothly.
• Process payments for services with accuracy and courtesy.

What We Require:

• 1 year or more of veterinary experience in a client facing role preferred - Other client facing experience considered
• Highly evolved written/verbal communication and organizational skills
