Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to manage client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and ensure friendly, efficient service. The role emphasizes communication, wellness plan education, and accurate documentation in a busy hospital environment.

The CSC drives client engagement, schedules appointments, and helps maximize patient throughput while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and high standards of care for pets and clients alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography.
• One year of related experience preferred with customer service.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route flow of clients and pets for productive care.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care and services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet history in the computer.
• Enter pet information, identify with collars/tags, and ensure prompt service.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions and scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
