Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred.
• Three to five years supervisory experience in an industrial or service environment with proven leadership abilities.
• Certified in Pet Cremation (CPCOP) is required.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations at the Care Center and ensure safety, compliance, and environmental initiatives.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and cost reviews to drive productivity and profitability.
• Lead a team of technicians, hire/train staff, and manage timecards and payroll operations.
• Coordinate with Corporate Finance, Regional Manager, and COO on annual budget development.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure on-time delivery and service excellence.
