Gateway Services Inc. is seeking a Care Center Manager in Portland, OR to lead daily operations, coaching a frontline team and delivering safe, high-quality pet aftercare services. You will drive performance with data, manage labor, costs and compliance, and partner with leadership to sustain patient and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the floor, accountability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced care center environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader comfortable on the floor and reviewing performance data.
• Set expectations, coach performance and hold people accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operation and overall performance of the Care Center.
• Lead, coach and develop Team Members with a culture of accountability, safety and service.
• Use KPIs and operating data to manage productivity, quality and on-time service.
• Plan labor against daily/weekly demand and ensure tools, supplies and resources are available.
• Manage costs, review P&L and contribute to annual budgeting and plans.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, clean and tour-ready Care Center.
