Gateway Services is seeking a Care Center Manager in Eagle Bridge, NY to lead daily operations and ensure compassionate pet aftercare. You will manage people, processes and performance behind our trusted promise, supporting veterinary customers and guiding a dedicated team on quality and service.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of supervisory or operations leadership experience.
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
Experience in service, production, logistics, or similar operations.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day operation and overall performance of the Care Center.
Lead, coach and develop Team Members with a culture of accountability.
Use KPIs and operating data to manage productivity and quality.
Plan labor against daily and weekly demand.
Manage costs and contribute to budgeting and operating plans.
