Formación

• 2+ years of retail experience, including supervisory or management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Passion for animals; knowledge of pet care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store partners to deliver outstanding service and meet sales and operational goals.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team; participate in hiring and onboarding.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Drive store performance by monitoring metrics and executing promotions.
• Step in for General Manager on floor when needed and handle escalated issues.
