Job summary

PetWow is hiring a Customer Care Center Representative to warmly welcome clients and coordinate pet care across medical, grooming, and preventative services in the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati area.

The role is the first point of contact, requiring calm, organized, and efficient performance in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts and locations within a 15-mile radius.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in call center, customer service, reception, or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computer systems and databases; knowledge of veterinary terms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records.
• Provide guidance on services, preventative care, grooming, and health needs.
• Relay messages between clients and veterinary teams for timely communication.
• Handle client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Support efficient appointment flow and daily operations.
• Educate clients on products and services.
