Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred; entry requires basic English communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Live by Banfield Five Principles in self and team.
• Prepare treatment room and supplies for examinations.
• Educate clients on preventive care and wellness plans.
• Hold or restrain pets during examination or procedures.
• Prepare routine in-house lab tests as allowed by state rules.
• Ensure hospital cleanliness and housekeeping per protocols.
• Support Client Services Coordinator as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
