Gateway Services Inc. is seeking a Client Care Specialist to be the first point of contact for veterinary clinics and pet parents. You will guide conversations with empathy, professionalism and care, helping ensure pets are cared for with dignity and families receive support.

This on-site role involves fast-paced interactions, detailed data entry, and close collaboration with Operations to deliver exceptional service. Training is provided, and benefits support employee wellness and growth.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred; training provided.
• On-site position within Gateway Care Center.
• Ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism.
• Attention to detail in entering service requests and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinary clinics and pet parents by phone, email and in person.
• Answer questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Accurately enter service requests and special instructions.
• Coordinate with Operations to fulfill promises.
• Support viewing appointments and pickups as needed.
• Resolve concerns promptly to maintain client confidence.
• Create a compassionate experience for every family served.
