Job summary
The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership seeks an Innovation/Utility specialist to perform integrated pest control, insulation installation, and minor construction tasks in the Buffalo, NY area. You will engage with residential and commercial clients to deliver effective pest management and insulation services.
Responsibilities include inspections, installation, and safe operation of exclusion devices, with ongoing training and adherence to safety standards in a dynamic field
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; related experience and/or training acceptable.
- Customer-facing experience preferred.
- Able to perform basic math operations and follow product labels.
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
- Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).
Responsibilities
- Pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients; install and maintain termite control systems.
- Install TAP insulation and manage job-site preparations and cleanup.
- Assist with light construction and repair related to pest damage.
- Communicate with customers to explain services and provide pest-control guidance.
- Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with safety protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training.
