Job summary

The Shield Co Management, LLC is seeking an Additional Services Technician to deliver specialized pest control and home protection services. You will combine hands-on work with outstanding customer care, ensuring accurate documentation and safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include applying termite and mosquito controls, insulation work, and exclusion tasks, while maintaining detailed records and following routes and schedules.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with construction-related tasks; safe use of ladders and power tools.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and 3+ years driving history; driving a company vehicle is essential.
• State-required pest control licensing training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services (termite/mosquito control, insulation installation, exclusion work).
• Complete indoor/outdoor pest control applications for new customers with attention to quality and detail.
• Explain treatment plans and benefits; address customer questions.
• Follow service routes and schedules; coordinate with office staff for efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safety.
