Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is hiring a Branch Sales Professional in Detroit to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer-focused approach.

The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships to deliver long-term value. You will conduct inspections, respond to leads, and maintain proper job specifications in compliance with laws and company policy.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control services to customers via warm leads, cold calls, and onsite visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations and present proposals for contracts.
• Respond to sales leads and proactively generate additional pest control and related service opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle per Vehicle Policy.
