Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Michigan is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to grow revenue by selling pest control solutions to homes and businesses. You will identify needs, present tailored proposals, and build lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service.

The role includes conducting inspections, handling leads, maintaining a company vehicle, and meeting licensing requirements. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attics, crawls space and other tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.
