Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions seeks a Branch Sales Professional who drives revenue by selling pest control solutions through a customer-focused approach. You will identify needs, tailor proposals, and build lasting relationships for long-term value.

You will conduct inspections, present proposals, and manage leads to grow the branch pipeline while adhering to regulations and company policy. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, and make proposals to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work sales leads within the branch and/or territory and proactively generate additional pest control opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle and comply with Vehicle Policy.
