Orkin is hiring in Springfield, IL for a hands-on role that uses construction and home-improvement skills to install pest and home protection systems. You'll join a crew of technicians, complete attic and crawlspace services, and perform light carpentry while ensuring clear communication with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to safely use basic trade tools and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Work collaboratively on a crew of technicians to complete tasks.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Perform light carpentry work as needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers about services and results.
• Maintain company equipment and submit reports via handheld device.
