Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid).
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and work on roofs/attics/crawlspaces.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Collaborate with crew to complete jobs.
• Perform attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work and tool maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with customers and complete reports.
