Job summary

Orkin is hiring for an on-site field role in the United States. Ideal candidates have construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance experience and a strong customer‑service mindset. Training is provided, and you’ll work with a team to protect homes and businesses.

You’ll inspect, install, and service pest control systems, perform attic or crawlspace work, and handle basic carpentry. A valid driver’s license is required and safety PPE is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance roles is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily schedule in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services including encapsulation and insulation.
• Perform light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers and document work.
• Maintain equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
