Job summary

Orkin is hiring for a hands-on field role focused on inspecting and installing pest and home protection systems. You’ll perform attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation, with light carpentry work involved.

Clear customer communication and reliable equipment maintenance are essential. Ideal candidates have construction/roofing maintenance experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while managing daily schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with metal brake to bend or shape metal components preferred.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily schedule.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions, confined spaces, and on roofs.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
