Job summary

Orkin in the United States is seeking motivated individuals to join our pest-control team. If you have hands-on experience in construction, roofing, or home improvement, you can build a stable, recession-resistant career with us. No pest-control experience?

Our paid training program will teach you everything you need to succeed. Starting pay is $20+ per hour, with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in attics or crawlspaces.
• Willing to wear PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
