Job summary

Orkin is seeking hands-on technicians to inspect and install pest and home protection systems as part of a collaborative crew. The role involves attic and crawlspace work, light carpentry, and clear communication with customers.

We require a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days. Training is provided, and all tools are supplied.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated experience using a metal brake to bend or shape metal components.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record are required.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
• PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator, must be worn as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Work collaboratively on a crew of technicians to complete jobs.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
