Job summary

Orkin in the United States is seeking motivated individuals to join its pest control team, with paid training and a clear path to leadership. If you have construction, roofing, or home-improvement experience, you can build a stable, recession-resistant career protecting homes and businesses.

You’ll inspect and install pest control systems, perform attic and crawlspace services, and handle light carpentry while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily schedule.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions, confined spaces, and on roofs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation
• Light carpentry work
• Communicate clearly with customers
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device
