Job summary

Ecolab is hiring a Pest Control Technician Trainee for the Greater South Dallas, TX region. You will participate in a 5-week paid training program to learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques and support commercial customers such as hospitality and foodservice clients.

You will build knowledge of Ecolab’s product lines, work under supervision, and develop a pathway toward certification and advancement in service, sales, or management.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification includes a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred qualifications include prior customer service experience and pest-certification readiness.
• Must be able to travel and obtain licensing per state/local law.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 5-week paid training program to learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques.
• Establish relationships with commercial customers in hospitality and foodservice sectors.
• Partner with customers on best practices to identify pest elimination needs.
• Maintain expertise in Ecolab’s product and service offerings to enhance service and sales.
• Document pest issues using handheld equipment and report findings.
