Job summary

Lotus Pest Control is expanding its sales team in the Springfield/Joplin area and beyond. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will inspect homes, recommend pest and home-protection solutions, and help homeowners protect their investments.

No pest control experience is required—we'll train you. Earn hourly base pay plus commissions, enjoy paid training, company-provided equipment, and opportunities to grow with a fast-growing company as you build relationships and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with service technicians to identify additional opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and schedule annual inspections.
• Track appointments, inspections, and sales; participate in daily training.
