Job summary

Lotus Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, recommend pest and home protection solutions, and help homeowners protect their investments. No pest control experience required—we'll train you!

You’ll earn hourly base pay plus commission, with 10% commission on one-time services and 15% on recurring revenue. We provide equipment, professional training, and growth opportunities across multiple MO/AR metro areas.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Motivated, coachable, results-oriented attitude.
• Willing to obtain required state licenses and certifications.
• Basic math and attention to detail.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Sales experience is a plus; customer service backgrounds welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 5–6 home inspections per day.
• Recommend pest control and home protection solutions.
• Present service options and close sales.
• Work with service technicians to identify additional opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and complete inspections.
• Track appointments, inspections, and sales.
• Attend daily sales training and team meetings.
