Lotus Pest Control in the Springfield/Joplin MO metro, Bentonville/Fort Smith AR metro, and Little Rock AR metro areas is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who thrives on helping customers and solving problems. You will inspect homes, recommend pest and home protection solutions, and earn commissions on sales.

No pest control experience required—we train you. You’ll receive paid training, a base hourly pay plus commissions, and the chance to grow with a fast-growing company while building
