Job summary

Lotus Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, recommend pest and home protection solutions, and help homeowners protect their investments. No pest control experience required — we'll train you.

The Little Rock, AR metro area is a primary market with Springfield/Joplin, MO and Bentonville/Fort Smith AR metro regions. You'll earn hourly base pay plus commission, with 10% on eligible one-time services and 15% on recurring revenue agreements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications.
• Ability to perform home inspections and access crawlspaces.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but candidates from customer-facing backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 5–6 home inspections per day.
• Present service options and close sales based on customer needs.
• Track appointments, inspections, and sales in FieldRoutes.
• Attend daily sales trainings and team meetings.
