Job summary

Lotus Pest Control is looking for motivated people to join the Outside Sales team. You will inspect homes, recommend solutions, and help homeowners protect their investments. No pest control experience is required—we’ll train you and provide ongoing support.

You’ll earn an hourly base pay plus commissions: 10% on eligible one-time services and 15% on recurring revenue. Company equipment, training, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications.
• Ability to perform home inspections and access crawlspaces.
