Job summary

Qualifications

• No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and service customers in homes or businesses

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer location
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services
• Inspect the interior and exterior of customer properties and learn to perform pest control actions
• Communicate actions taken to customers and discuss peace of mind services
• Complete all required service-related documentation in a handheld device
