You’ll protect homes and businesses, log visits with handheld devices, and participate in ongoing career growth into leadership, sales, or management tracks. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Comfort with physical tasks and PPE in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier pest protection with clear communication and customer focus.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside homes or businesses with full training provided.
• Explain findings, answer questions, and recommend services to customers.
• Follow all safety protocols while conducting services and handling equipment.
• Handle company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly and log activities.
• Use handheld devices to log findings, complete service reports, and track interactions.
