Job summary

Orkin is seeking hardworking individuals in Ohio to join our team as pest protection technicians. No prior pest control experience is required because we offer an award-winning paid training program to help you succeed.

You'll inspect and install pest and home protection systems, perform attic and crawlspace services, and handle light carpentry while communicating clearly with customers. A company vehicle, equipment, and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid).
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation
• Light carpentry work
• Communicate clearly with customers
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device
