Qualifications

• Availability to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Obtain pest certification and/or business licensing as required by state/local law.
• Background check and drug testing required per policy.
• Immigration sponsorship not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 5-week paid training program.
• Establish relationships with commercial customers (hospitality/foodservice).
• Partner with customers on pest elimination needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Ecolab products and services.
• Document issues using handheld equipment.
• Deliver service under supervision and meet quality standards.
• Obtain required pest control licensing as mandated.
