Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of work or military experience.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and be on call during off-hours and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older; obtain pest certification/licensing per state/local law.
• Background check and drug test required after offer; immigration sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Complete 5-week paid training in pest detection, elimination, and prevention.
• Establish relationships with commercial customers, including hospitality and foodservice.
• Identify and solve pest elimination needs with customers.
• Maintain knowledge of Ecolab products and services to enhance service.
• Document issues using handheld equipment and deliver high-quality service under supervision.
