Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Pest Control Technician Trainee to join our North Dallas and Eastern Texas team. As a trainee, you’ll participate in a five-week paid training program to learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques while supporting commercial customers.

You’ll gain hands-on field experience, licensing opportunities, and paths toward careers in service, sales, or management within a growing team dedicated to public health and business protection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of work or military experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Willing to work overnight shifts and be on call during off-hours and weekends as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain pest certification and/or business licensing per state/local law.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 5-week paid training program to learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques.
• Establish effective working relationships with commercial customers in hospitality and foodservice.
• Document structural, sanitation, and pest issues using handheld equipment.
• Deliver timely, high-quality service under supervision.
• Maintain knowledge of Ecolab’s product and service offerings to enhance service and sales.
