Ecolab is seeking a Pest Control Technician Trainee in Baltimore, MD. You will train to detect, eliminate, and prevent pest issues while serving commercial customers and protecting public health. This role offers structured development and real-world field experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of work or military experience.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and be on call during off-hours and weekends as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must obtain pest certification and/or business licensing as required by state/local law.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques.
• Establish effective relationships with commercial customers.
• Partner with customers to identify pest elimination needs and best practices.
• Maintain expertise in Ecolab's products and services.
• Document issues using handheld equipment.
• Deliver timely, high-quality service under supervision.
• Obtain required pest control licensing and/or certification.
