Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience are required.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control licensing if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control and mosquito treatments.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers.
• Explain treatment plans and service features to customers, addressing questions.
• Follow service routes and schedules with office coordination for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services and appointments.
• Inspect company vehicles, equipment and PPE to ensure safety.
