A leading social housing provider in New York seeks an experienced Pest Control Technician to deliver effective pest management solutions. Key responsibilities include supporting pest control services, resolving pest issues, and maintaining records. Candidates should have a minimum RSPH or BPCA Level 2 qualification, a clean manual driving license, and practical experience in pest control. This role offers a salary starting from £26,691, advancing to £28,411 with service, alongside numerous employee benefits in a diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year practical experience in pest control.
• Possess a current manual driving licence.
• Ability to deal with physically demanding activities.

Responsabilités

• Support the provision of a pest control service to deliver effective pest management.
• Lead investigations into pest problems and resolve them.
• Update records accurately using IT software.

Connaissances

Basic knowledge of COSHH / Health & Safety legislation

Experience in handling toxic chemicals

Strong communication skills

Formation

RSPH or BPCA Level 2 qualification

Outils

Vehicle maintenance knowledge
