Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Service homes and protect properties from pests in residential accounts.
• Inspect structures to determine pest presence and infestation severity.
• Create diagrams and graphs showing infestation type and location.
• Discuss work with customers and present sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with secretaries and branch staff; submit paperwork and payments daily.
• Perform administrative tasks including ordering equipment and compiling reports.
• Estimate costs, crew time, and schedule work efficiently.
• Receive and account for company funds collected during business activity.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicle in clean, safe condition.
