Job summary

Clark Pest Control, Inc. is seeking Pest Service Technicians to service homes and protect environments from pests. The role involves outdoor work, estimating crew time, and coordinating with branch staff while earning a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain appropriate pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Controlling pests, weeds, lawn fertilization, tree/shrub care and other agricultural pests on-site in a variety of residential accounts.
• Inspects residential structures to determine presence of pests; assesses severity and structural damage.
• Creates diagrams and graphs indicating type, degree and location of infestations.
• Discusses work with residential customers and provides sales solicitations.
• Coordinates activities with department secretaries and branch personnel; submits paperwork daily.
• Performs other administrative tasks per supervisor, including ordering equipment and compiling reports.
• Determines costs, estimates crew time and schedules work.
• Receives and accounts for company funds collected during business activities.
• Maintains company equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition.
