Job summary

Clark Pest Control, Inc. seeks ambitious Pest Service Technicians to service and protect homes and their surroundings from pests, primarily through outdoor, field-based work.

You will inspect residential structures, assess infestations, create basic diagrams, discuss work with customers, and coordinate with branch staff. We offer paid on-the-job training, including pest license renewal, and clear opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Service and protect homes from pests on residential accounts.
• Inspect structures to determine infestations and damage.
• Create diagrams indicating infestations and locations.
• Discuss work with customers and provide sales solicitations.
• Coordinate with branch staff and submit paperwork daily.
• Perform other administrative tasks as directed, including ordering supplies.
• Estimate costs, crew time and schedule work.
• Receive and account for company funds collected.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicle in clean, safe condition.
