Clark Pest Control seeks a Pest Service Technician (Maintenance) to service homes and protect environments from pests while performing lawn care tasks outdoors. The role emphasizes professional independence and customer interaction in residential settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Controlling pests, weeds, lawn fertilization, and tree/shrub care on residential sites.
• Inspecting structures to determine pest presence and severity of infestations.
• Creating diagrams and graphs showing infestation type and location.
• Discussing work with customers and offering potential services or improvements.
• Coordinating with department staff and submitting paperwork and collections daily.
• Assisting with equipment ordering, reporting, and customer callbacks as needed.
