Clark Pest Control, Inc. seeks a Pest Service Technician to service homes and protect surrounding environments from pests. The role involves independent outdoor work, inspections, and coordinating with staff to ensure quality service.

Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and are encouraged to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days with company support. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a company vehicle for field duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• No Experience Required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Controlling pests, weeds, lawn care and other agricultural pests on-site in residential accounts
• Inspecting residential structures to determine presence and severity of infestations
• Creating diagrams and graphs indicating infestation type and location
• Discussing work with residential customers and presenting sales opportunities
• Coordinating with branch staff and submitting paperwork and collections daily
• Ordering equipment and supplies and compiling reports as directed
• Determining costs, estimating crew time and scheduling work
• Maintaining company equipment and vehicles in good condition
