Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Control pests, weeds, lawn care and other pests on residential sites.
• Inspect structures to assess infestation severity and damage.
• Create diagrams indicating infestation type and location.
• Discuss work with customers and provide sales options.
• Coordinate with branch staff and handle daily paperwork and collections.
• Estimate costs, crew time and schedule work.
• Receive and account for company funds during business activities.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle in safe, clean condition.
