Average first-year earnings range from $50,000 to $60,000 plus commission, with a comprehensive benefits package and performance-based growth opportunities in a stable, long-standing industry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pest control license within 90 days (company paid).
• Lift up to 50 lbs and safely access crawlspaces, attics, rooftops.
• Willing to climb, crawl, or work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier pest protection and communicate clearly with customers.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside homes or businesses; training provided.
• Explain findings, answer questions, and recommend effective services.
• Follow safety protocols while conducting treatments and using equipment.
• Log findings and customer interactions on handheld devices accurately.
