Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier pest protection and maintain a customer-focused approach.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside buildings; full training provided.
• Explain findings and recommend services to help customers feel secure.
• Follow safety protocols while servicing, handling equipment and applying treatments.
• Handle company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly.
• Log findings and customer interactions using handheld devices.
