Orkin is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Pest Control Technicians. No pest control experience is required; we provide paid, hands-on training and help you obtain the state pesticide license. You’ll drive a company vehicle and perform pest control services for residential and commercial customers.

Average first-year earnings range from $50,000–$60,000 plus commission. Benefits include insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and career advancement into sales, leadership, and management.

Qualifications

• No pest control experience required; paid training provided.
• Experience in maintenance, construction, HVAC, landscaping, or similar fields translates well.
• Must obtain state pesticide license within first 90 days; company training provided

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to customer homes and businesses on your route.
• Inspect properties for signs of pests and determine treatment.
• Perform interior and exterior pest control using provided products.
• Explain findings to customers and provide prevention advice.
• Manage daily route and appointments; document services via mobile device.
• Follow safety procedures and pesticide regulations.
