Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated professionals to join their pest management team. As an Orkin Pro you’ll receive award-winning training, a company vehicle with gas card, and ongoing opportunities for growth. No industry experience is required to start, with comprehensive benefits and competitive pay starting at $23–$25 per hour.

You’ll work safely on designated routes, diagnose issues, and communicate with customers to ensure peace of mind.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – wetll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid drivers license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customers location
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken and ensure satisfaction
