Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join our field team as an Orkin Pro. You’ll deliver top-tier pest protection with award-winning training and a support network that emphasizes safety, professionalism, and customer care.

Starting pay is $24–$26 per hour, with a company vehicle and gas card on route. No industry experience is required; growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits accompany a rewarding career with Orkin.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken and discuss additional services
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property
• Communicate with customers to explain actions taken and discuss pest management program
